Details

The Dipping Light Lamp, beyond its function as a table lamp, seeks to excite. When it’s turned on it is fascinating: its different shades of paint sift the light creating a magical effect on the environment. When it’s off, its transformed into a sphere of glass colored, an object with a large aesthetic charge. The design was born as an experiment: dipping a lit bulb into paint several times, making the paint layers draw concentric circles and catch the light, attenuating its intensity. Thus, the painting becomes the screen, coloring the light and giving it texture. This handmade process makes each lamp unique and exclusive.
