The Eames Plastic Chair is a revamped version of the legendary Fiberglass Chair. The original version was developed by Eames in collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the "Low-Cost Furniture Design" competition, organized by the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and was the first industrially manufactured plastic chair. It is a small rocking chair mounted on wooden slats. It has an iconic shape that adds a surprising touch to any environment.
