Jasper Morrison

Jasper Morrison is a London-born British industrial designer known for his minimalist and functional designs, some of which have become icons of contemporary design. Morrison studied design at Kingston Polytechnic in London and the Royal College of Art. After graduating, he worked as a freelance designer for design firms in Europe and Japan, before establishing his own design studio in London in 1986. Morrison's designs are renowned for their simplicity, functionality and timeless elegance. He has worked on a wide range of products, from furniture to lighting, appliances and table and kitchen products. His clients include well-known brands such as Vitra, HAY, Flos, Samsung, Alessi, Muji and Cappellini. Morrison has won several international design awards, including the Compasso d'Oro in Italy, the Red Dot Award in Germany and the Design Plus Award in Frankfurt. His designs are in the permanent collection of major museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Pompidou Center in Paris.
